Lifeproof jewelry is how we refer to all Twenty-Eight Minna pieces. We call our pieces "lifeproof" because they are designed and crafted to withstand your every day life. Regardless of if you are running to the gym on your lunch break, giving your kids a bath, or washing the dishes; our pieces are made to last.
All our pieces are:

- Sweat-proof
- Hypoallergenic
- Tarnish-resistant
Our jewelry pieces are only made of hypoallergenic and water-resistant metals, which are:
- 925 Sterling Silver
- Stainless Steel
- Titanium
Each piece is expertly plated with either 14-karat or 18-karat gold for a lasting and durable finish.
A pre-sale product is an item that is currently in production, but is being offered for sale in advance. Pre-sale allows us to offer you a product before production is complete.
Product completion and expected shipment times will vary between pre-sale products.
Please note: Returns and refunds are not accepted for pre-sale products.
Additionally, if you are purchasing additional items they will ship with your pre-sale product. If you need the additional items sooner, please order them separately from the pre-sale product.

We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible; and process orders as quickly as possible.
As a result, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every attempt to honor your request.
Order cancellation is not guaranteed.
We send an order confirmation email and shipment confirmation email for every order. These emails are sent to the email provided when you complete an order.
Be sure to check all inboxes as these emails could be sent to your junk/spam folder.

If an item you are interested in is out of stock, select the "NOTFIY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" option on the item's product page. This will allow you to sign up for back-in-stock notices and you will be notified when the item is available for purchase.

We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
All of our online ordering processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which protects your payment and personal information.
Shipping
All orders are processed in 3-5 business days. If you are purchasing an item for a special occasion or event, please keep the processing time in mind. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks prior to the event and selecting second day or next day shipping to ensure you receive your item(s) in time.
Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information on the available shipping methods.
We currently only ship to addresses in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/AFO addresses, and U.S. Territories.
No, we do not offer local pickup at this time.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
