Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be shipped back at customer's expense. Additionally, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We perform our own quality checks of every piece to ensure only high quality items are delivered to our customers, but please contact us immediately if the item you received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, pre-sale items, pre-order items, or gift cards.

All items purchased at/during in-person shopping events (pop-ups) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Certain types of items - earrings, special collection items, limited collection items, and/or philanthropy supporting items - cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different item, the fastest way to do so is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or a store credit card. Please remember it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
