When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped via flat rate shipping; you can find our current shipping rates and delivery times for orders to the 48 contiguous states below. Processing time for all orders will be 3-5 business days.

If you want to ship an order to either Metro or Remote Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for our current shipping rates and delivery times.

When will my order ship?
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Your order will ship approximately 3-5 business days after your order has been placed. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, holidays, and inventory days will be processed on the next business day and will experience longer processing times. Please allow additional time for shipping when placing an order for a special event or occasion.

Please note: There may be a delay in shipment if your transaction requires manual approval or any billing and/or shipping address issues are experienced. Please double check all of your information entered at checkout and ensure you provide accurate contact information while placing your order in the event one of our Customer Service Team Members need to reach you.

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to addresses in the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/AFO addresses, and U.S. Territories.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you we will email tracking information to you. Tracking updates are typically available 1-3 business days after your order is shipped. If you have not received tracking information for your order 5 business days after it was placed, please feel free to contact us.

Will I receive my order in multiple shipments?
Your order may come in multiple packages, depending on the number of pieces in your order. You will only be charged for shipping once.
